Mr. Ram Chandra Subedi is a member of the Nepal Bar Association and has been working an Advocate for 26 years and has represented his Clients in various civil and criminal cases. He is also affiliated with Supreme Court Bar Association. He has been associated with Jurist & Company Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Counsel since 2065.
Prior to being associated with us he has worked as a Legal Advisor of Namuna VDC Saptari from 2054-12-16 to 2060 BS and as Legal Advisor of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan from Shrawan 2068 to Aswin 2071 BS. He has represented Jurist and Company Pvt. Ltd. on a case-by-case basis for Nepal Telecom.
Advocate Subedi has obtained his Intermediate in Law from Mahendra Multiple College Tribhuvan University in 2044 BS and Bachelor in Law from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University in 2049 BS.
Advocate Subedi’s achievements include being awarded by Nepal Bar Association in 2063-7-18 BS for his special contribution in restoration of Democracy and by the Armed Police force in 2067-7-17 BS for his contribution in the legal sector of the Armed Police Force. He has also been elected as president of Saptari District Bar Association in 2062-1-23 BS and nominated as Member of Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital Development Committee from the decision of the Nepal Government on 2063-6-1 BS. He has also been nominated as Ambassador for Peace for Saptari District by Universal Peace Federation.
He has attended various national and international seminars, conferences and training programs some of which include the four days training on Constituent Assembly and Electoral Process Design for Lawyers jointly organized by Nepal Bar Association and Canadian Bar Association and the training on Mediation Training organized by UNDP from Shrawan 21 to Shrawan 24, 2062 BS. He has participated in training on Use of Cadastral Survey, Maps and Land Records in Process of Mediation on Land organized by UNDP.
