Founded in 2009 BS by the esteemed Mr. Sudha Nath Pant, our law firm was established with a clear vision: to become Nepal’s foremost litigation law firm. Building upon this legacy, in 2046 BS, Mr. Pant’s son, Senior Advocate and former Attorney General of Nepal, Mr. Sushil Kumar Pant, joined the firm. Under his leadership and with the continued guidance of Advocate Sudha Nath Pant, the firm evolved into one of the leading legal practices in the country.

Historic Background
The late Mr. Sudha Nath Pant, the visionary founder of Pant’s Law Firm, began his legal practice in 2009 BS. He earned his certification from the Supreme Court as a lawyer in 2018 BS and had started practicing as an advocate in 2016 BS. After his passing in 2063 BS, his legacy was carried forward by his son, Mr. Sushil Kumar Pant, who joined the firm in 2035 BS. In 2046 BS, the firm transitioned into Jurist and Company Pvt. Ltd., marking a new chapter in its mission to serve the people with integrity and excellence.
Jurist & Company, a Private Limited Company established by two distinguished lawyers, Mr. Sudha Nath Pant and Mr. Sushil Kumar Pant, has been a leading name in the legal landscape of Nepal since 2046 BS. Strategically located in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu, our office serves as the hub for our dedicated team of 12 legal professionals. Our office spans an impressive 3,778 sq. feet, occupying the entire top floor (fifth floor) of our building, with elevator access for easy convenience. Complementing this space is a lush green rooftop lawn area of approximately 3,000 sq. feet, offering a serene environment alongside our modern work facilities.
Our office boasts a state-of-the-art working environment, featuring a comprehensive legal library housing a vast collection of Nepalese legal instruments and international references. We have two fully equipped meeting rooms designed for comfortable and productive discussions. Additionally, we offer a dedicated workspace for international lawyers on short-term leases, providing them with a fully furnished office and all necessary amenities, allowing them to focus on their legal work without unnecessary delays.
Our office is equipped with essential facilities including high-speed internet, phone, fax, a conference call system with speakers, intranet, CCTV surveillance, UPS backup, scanners, photocopy machines, and separate male and female restrooms. To ensure uninterrupted operations, we have a standby generator.
