
Mr. Sudhigya Pant
Advocate
Mr. Sudhigya Pant holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (2014) from Lancaster University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Economics (2016), and a Juris Doctor (2019) from the University of Sydney. He has been affiliated with our firm during summer and winter breaks since 2017 and has been a full-time advocate and employee since December 2019. Mr. Pant is responsible for managing litigation matters and overseeing the firm’s administration.
In 2012, Mr. Pant interned in the Public Debt Department of the Central Bank of Nepal. In 2014, he was employed on a contractual basis by ICFC Finance Company, a Class C financial institution in Nepal, for one year.
In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Pant is an accomplished writer, having published over 30 articles in national dailies in both Nepali and English, focusing on legal, social, and political issues.
In his initial practice, he gained valuable experience working with various senior attorneys and multidimensional law firms, where he developed foundational litigation skills and acquired comprehensive knowledge in drafting pleadings for various applications, petitions, writs, suits, deeds, and agreements. Since joining Jurist & Company, he has been actively engaged in preparing case briefs, drafting legal documents, and providing legal opinions.
