Mr. Ubaraj Adhikari holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (B.L.) from Tribhuvan University, Nepal (1990), and a Master’s degree in Political Science from Tribhuvan University (2013). He has been associated with Jurist & Company (Pvt.) Ltd. as a Senior Counsel since September 2026. 

Mr. Adhikari served as the Executive Chairman of Nepal Airlines for the full term from 28th October 2020 to 28th October 2025. Prior to this prestigious position, he built extensive experience in Aviation Administration over a career of 32 years, 2 months, and 2 days at Nepal Airlines. He is also profoundly known for his work in Nepali literature including poetry. 

Mr. Adhikari has received numerous felicitations, awards, and appreciation letters for his commendable performance both in the field of aviation and in literature.
